By accessing or using Tooljerry services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, Tooljerry grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased software on the number of devices specified by your plan. Licenses are personal and cannot be shared or resold.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; share license keys; use the software for illegal purposes; attempt to circumvent licensing mechanisms.

4. Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Lifetime licenses are a one-time purchase.

5. Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund policy for all purchases. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tooljerry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
